I never was the typical pretty, beauty or girly type – neither SL nor RL – even if sometimes I even enjoy doing that for SL looks, but thats more rare i guess ;). I never was cagey about my addiction to strong, different and attitude looks and styles. The more I was happy when I saw the “Inana” outfit from [sYs]. It just called for something strong and edgy and since I started watching post apocalyptic soaps on Netflix again… I had a feeling that this could go exactly in that direction

I am well aware that I probably would not survive looking like that in such a futuristic environment, since running on high heels always fails at some point, but since I do love fashion, I want to combine both of it and create a modern, strong looking style. The outfit comes with top and shorts as well as the straps. You have the choice to add the harness or just leave it be and wear only top and shorts. The fatpack has a HUD to change several parts of the outfit to 16 colors and 2 metals. Typical for [sYs] it comes in all popular mesh body fits.

The super cool boots were made from Elisabetta Hyun, owner and designer of UTOPIA@Design. I already said so many times how much I admire her skills for sharp and crisp texture details. The “Mirka” boots do not disappoint about that either. It is just amazing how much details shoes can have, from the basic fabric to even the most tiny seams – stunning! Another neat advantage for shoes from UTOPIA@Design is the HUD. You get 2 pages on the HUD, one with some ready made presets for a quick styling and the second page for a detailed color customization. As well on the first page you will find another cool feature on the bottom typical for UTOPIA@Design. You have 5 different glossiness options. With those you can have every feeling from leather to nearly latex on some boots, which makes them very versatile.

The hair I found in the latest Bound Box. Bound Box is a quarterly subscription box for fetish and kinky lovers. Spellbound’s contribution was the “Control” hair with that amazing face harness. To make sure it does fit on every head, Spellbound included 2 jaw shapes for the harness, but you as well can resize it via a script (just left click the hair) if it doe snot fit 100%. I did not have to change anything that just move it forward slightly – you just can use your edit tool for that. What as well is a neat detail – The hair comes with a styler HUD for 4 different versions of the hair. If you have the hair in front hanging down over your chest you even get a small and a large version for that particular style.

The poses as well as the crossbows are part of the “Post Apox” set from Poseidon. Poseidon is still one of my number one stores for dramatic and action poses with attitude. Since Gryphon Vendetta, owner and designer of Poseidon, provides mirror poses most of the time, it is really easy to adjust your poses to your set and picture.

Again I had way too many pictures for the post and it was really hard to choose 3 for today. Do you know that feeling if you like a setting, the background and then find like 50 poses that would work and in the end you have to decide which pictures you will post process and use for the post.

I am sure we all know that feeling… you got hurt to the bones and all you want is revenge in the very first moment, before your mind comes clear again.

It feels like some one ripped you apart and you want nothing more, than that person slowly dying, under all the pain that you even can imagine. Sometimes maybe we even need that feelings to wakeup, even if it feels like your heart got ripped out. Sometimes it opens our eyes that we closed by trust to someone, no matter what others said.

I am guilty for that, because I never listen to what one person has to say about another. I want to make my own experiences, without being biased by any kind of opinion. That might sound stupid to many, but for me in general it was a good thing, even if you get disappointed and hurt sometimes. I would not have met some of my dearest friends, just because others did not go well along with them. When you get older it is easier to listen first and to keep it in the back of your head without letting it affect your first meeting with a new person. But in general I am still stubborn with that and wanna know that person first before do any kind of judgment.

If you met such a person, and you go along well over many years and then all of a sudden that person turns around 180° and shows exactly that behavior, that you was warned about, THAT even hurts more than a ‘usual’ disappointment. That happened to me only 2 times in SL for thank god and not too many times in RL either. But in that very moments, it felt a blood rage coming up from deep inside and I was not able to do anything, because I was not even told what my mistake would have been, to make that person change so badly. You think of all kind of actions what you could do to that person, not only to hurt them but to get rid of that pain deep inside you. Sometimes it even makes you crazy when you try to figure out, what could have happened and do not find anything that would lead to such an action.

I always was a hot head with deep emotions and when I was younger it was even worse than today. As a kid I had to take immediate action somehow to lower that kind of pain. Today I at least can sit back and calm down first. After some time the pain lowers and I do not anymore feel like blinded by a mask of rage. I learned to deal with that kind of pain. Usually I tell myself, that we are all humans and humans are doing those things sometimes. That I am not always responsible for 360° mind changes, just because some people like to listen to others and never really do the hassle to try to get you known, or ask about a gossip they were told. That would require a lot of strength, to confront someone with a gossip and maybe not getting the response that you want. It is easier to believe something someone said about somebody, instead of going to that person and say “Hey I heard you did this/ said that about me”. I do that and even that can cost you a friendship, but then… that friendship might not have been hold too long anyways, or not being worth the effort to do that. Like Frank N. Further sang it already in the Rocky Horror Picture Show “Don’t judge a book by its” cover”! Sometimes it might be worth it to at least read the first few lines before you doom someone. You even might be surprised, what is behind that cover – or even that gossip you heard – if you know both sides. I know taking that time is an effort, but it might pay off positive in the end

Real friendship, that even survives gossips and mistakes, is something very valuable to me and I do have a very few people in my RL and SL, that I would put my hand into fire for and I know – anyways when I call them, or if I try to reach them – they will be there for me – even in the middle of the night.

Having those friends, who even listen if you are in a bad pain psychological or physical, makes that pain not that heavy anymore. Sometimes they even can help you to calm down and see the other side of the coin by taking off your rage mask.

I am grateful for all of you, that helped me through hard, emotional situations. You know who you are, without me throwing names! Than you for making my Second Life more nice everyday and sometimes even my real life

Wicca’s Wardrobe @ Eclipse – October never Dies! (Jan 13th – 31st)

We are thrilled to be a part of this round of Eclipse! The theme of the round is very well suited to us…”October Never Dies!” All the items are dark…creepy…scary…all that we love about October! We have designed the Aurelia coat…it is a long coat with a well worn look. It has an open belt encircling your waist and a window into your mechanical heart. For those who know me, I am not a huge friend of nude pictures in general, besides some very artistic ones. I mostl try to cover my bits, but when it comes to fetish clothing, sometimes you have to make compromises, as many do show a lot of skin. I usually try to hide a little bit with poses and angles, most of the time that works out pretty well. I love to hide the “facts” and try to just give room for imagination

For today my base to start from were the “Marie Ankle Boots” and the cool short hairstyle called “No.Commitment” from no.match. I had put on those 2 designs and was rambling through my inventory, to find some other things I could use for my pictures. When I stumbled over the “Elegents Harness” from Sorumin, I was clear it will be a fetish style. I loved the way how that huge ribbon at the front of the neck gave a contrast to the strong leather harness with its chains. Sadly it only came as a top and so I had to find some pants. I first tried with jeans and leather pants, but nothing really kicked my mind until I found the “Jennie” shorts of JF Design in my inventory. High wasted pants but not wit those mainstream looking high, sexy leg cut outs – had nearly had a light vintage touch to me with their shape (I hope that made sense*snickers*)

The “Marie Ankle Boots”, as usual for [Gos] designs, come with a huge HUD of 21 colors for the shoe and 4 different colors for the sole – I always love the red sole, it reminds me of the Louboutin shoes in RL*giggles. The booties are no leather boots, but some kind of stretch fabric, which is kinda unusual to find in SL and I immediately loved that.

More and more I love the extra ears you can get at many different places. One of my personal favorites is Eclipse Art Studio. I do love her ears and as well her accessories, like the “Thunderstrike” Nails and rings. They are available for all popular mesh bodies and bento enabled. With a HUD you can change the metal and nail colors.

It felt so naked with the harness only and I decided to have a cool, huge tattoo besides my 2 little duck-tape pasties – with tattoos I usually only feel half as naked :p

I enjoyed to do a black & red shoot again so much, that I certainly ended up with way more pics than I could use for this post, but sometimes just shooting is a cool learning process for me too as I always discover new angles and possibilities. I always find something new even with playing with the windlight options… I am really looking forward to the offical release for the new EEP viewer with all the new graphic options!

Ok, if someone would have told me, that I would do a mermaid post… I would have broken down laughing. I always faced mermaids as the sweet and cute pink, purple or pastel colored girly sweethearts… until I came across a TV show called Sirens last year. I read about the dark side in some mermaid stories but I never saw them so dark before that show. I love the events from Flair for Events and when this year the sign up for the Mermaid Cove came out, I could not resist to apply as a designer, thinking we could do something that works for those dark sirens.

We did –  we made the “Amatheia” claws. A combination of bracelet and claws, connected by chains and decorated with some shells. When we set up our booth, I saw the super awesome cool release from The White Crow right beside us. It must have been fate, that we were assigned right beside each other, both enjoying the darker side of the theme :p

-[TWC]- made those amazing tentacles, which come out of your nose and mouth together with a cool matching makeup/lips combo. I so loved the “Sea Witch” I had to make a dark and scary siren using  that one

There were so many other cool items, so the look came together really fast. Arise made those neat face scales in 3 different styles and the super cool “Sea Ghoul Eyes” with a matching makeup were made by BLAXIUM. I realized, that I discovered BLAXIUM for me lately as they to kick ass cool designs and piercings, that are not mainstream focused only.

First I tried to set up an underwater scene but, since SL water doesn’t really do much from below the water surface, I decided to go for a little dark cave, only lighted by a few moon beams, that come through the ceiling of it. When I had placed my siren on the awesome rocks (I really love their materials!) with the cool poses, that WetCat released at the Mermaid Cove event, I missed something in the back. Just open sea looked kinda boring and I decided to put a ship, that hit a rock because of the siren singing in front of the cave aka into my back.

To get a feeling of a rough sea, I had to cheat in Photoshop as I could not find waves and foam in SL that did what I wanted it to do. With most of the stuff I found, I ended up with weird pixelated white “something” in my back.

First I thought I do have to wear any kind of clothing to cover my chest, but the combination of the “Sandra” hair from MINA and the “Body Scales” from Cynefin did hide everything needed.

I had so much fun doing those pictures… I can’t promise that I won’t come up with another dark mermaid look and pictures in the future

Wicca’s Originals @ Eclipse – October Never Dies // October 2019

The Emily dress is “horror chic”. The fabric and cut of the dress itself would be flattering, but something went very wrong, either with the wearer, or the tailor. It comes chained to a garotte wrapped about the neck, as well as wire and chain encircling the waist. To really make the skin crawl, both arms and the spine have a series of oversized metal ‘studs’ affixed directly to the flesh. Comes in both bloodied and ‘clean’ variations, and the fabric can be changed between 10 different colors. Emily is available for Maitreya Lara.

Event Location: Eclipse – October Never Dies

“Am I Beautiful Yet?”
I’ve blinded my eyes with ornament. Replaced my limbs with ornament. Cut out my organs for ornament. Am I beautiful yet? I can dance for you. Watch me. I will never stop dancing. Never stop watching. Never. Stop. Or else.

For the the theme of ‘Freak Show’, I’ve put together this circus ballerina. Her limbs are wrapped in gold with pink accents, as well as barbs, some tinted with blood. Ballet is known for being brutal in its precision, and this type of decoration carries the metaphor visually.

Her face is obscured by a mask of similar style. Floral designs, especially that of the thorny rose, are prominently featured here almost like a religious icon. It is perhaps one of the most eye catching pieces of the style, in part representing her inability to see the world for what it is. She is blinded by her preconception of what beauty is, and is unable to appreciate the world around her.

Finally to pull it all together, the most unsettling piece is her torso body mod. Many strive for an hourglass shape, but the tragic ballerina has assumed a literal hourglass, complete with animated sands. Yet another clever visual metaphor representing the years of life she’s shaved off by taking her pursuit of the beauty ideal to unhealthy lengths and destroying parts of herself in the process.

The entire style combines fragility, obsession, suffering, and horror into a form of visual storytelling, in order to tell a very tragic story.

As stated above, the look was made for a special show hosted by Madd Modelz on the amazing “Uri Jefferson’s Freakshow” sim (SURL). We all had to write our own descriptions for our styles and presentation and I had in mind what I wanted to say but since I am not a native English speaker, it mostly doesn’t sound as I want it to be. Today I have a picture for you, which I created for my exhibition at the L’autre Oeil Gallery. They asked me to create 3 pictures for a special exhibition called “Halloween & Goth”. When I saw the Incredible “Plague Skeleton Creature” mask and hands from DRD, released at The Warehouse Sale, it was a must to use them for the picture idea that I had! The hands even come with a BoM layer to make a smooth seam between the hands and arms. While I was styling, I realized that CerberusXing just released new horns at Necrosis another cool event for this season you should not miss out!

The cool tattoo, which perfectly matched the look, I found at Nefekalum Tattoos and the awesome, filigree outfit was made by ERSCH.

This time of the year is like my personal Christmas season. I do love all the dark, mystic and scary things – I know… no news so far – and I can promise, that I already have a few more ideas in mind in that kind of style, for my next few blog posts

RL sometimes really sucks… especially if it eats up more time as planned and it is not on your own to control it. I recently had a change in my RL job and the new association I am working for doesn’t seem like it is as promised when I had my interview there. I am sure many of you know that if you have your interview, everything sounds nice, all questions you had are answered positive, kinda like to good to be true and when you signed your contract, some things surprisingly change… I am sure I will work it out, but at the moment it just pulls on my nerves, it is time consuming and annoying.

It does hold me back from talking as much pictures as I planned and it does throw me back in my planned posts as well. But I will do my best to at least let all my dark visions for Halloween come true in time

Today I do have some news from the mega cool Samhain event. It is a fantastic event, awesome venue and amazing designers do take part. My pictures today do showcase the incredible cool head piece from “CerberusXing”, the heavy arm chains from “Static”, the cool decor set from “Disorderly” and the amazing bra of the lingerie set from “The Rotting Lab”.

The uber-awesome face tattoo is a main store new release by “Eclipse Art Studio”, while you can find the amazing arms tattoo at the “Vegas Tattoos” main store.

This time of the year usually feels the best to me. I can be me without getting asked if I am ok or if something bad happened *giggles* The season allows all the dark fantasies, creepy imaginations and scary moments with Halloween coming closer and closer.

I have so many ideas in mind i really have to channel them and thin about what I want to post next. I know I still want to showcase some of the amazing designs of the Engine Room while it still is running but I had to bring todays pictures first as it was itching so bad in my fingers. I made this pictures already a few weeks ago for an amazing exhibit at the L’autre Oeil Gallery and it already was hard to wait until the gallery opened *grins*

It is not a secret that I do have an addiction for the more darker side of fantasy. Recently a few people asked me why I am always wearing black or dark colors. They tried to challenge or even tease me, that it would not be difficult to create dark images with dark colors, while it would be way more difficult to manage that with light or pastel colors. Now since I have an super cute evil Kawaii doll daughter, who does really scary but pastel colored art work and pictures, I thought I would take n that challenge and chose to do the color I usually avoid the most to create some dark fantasy – PINK!

CURELESS has a perfect gacha released not too long ago, which was perfect for that project – The “Moirai Sisters” gacha. I took the amazing torso as base for my look and mixed and matched other designs with it. Since I thought it is kinda a sick idea, I used the super amazing “Welcome Home – Asylum Photo Scene” as background and decorated it with several items from DRD, CerberusXing and Remarkable Oblivion.

For the pose, I went to Le Poppycock. I did remember, that she released a gachas with that amazing skeletons. When I arrived there, I discovered she did not only have one! With the “Nyctophilia” gacha I found the perfect poses/props for my idea.

A week before Halloween and still so many creepy ideas left… lets see what else I can come up with
